If I could leave 0 stars I would, On 5/16 I went for my first complimentary oil change that is included in my package from buying my car. I had no idea how this processed worked so I showed up 10 mins earl first complimentary oil change that is included in my package from buying my car. I had no idea how this processed worked so I showed up 10 mins early than I end up waiting an additional 5 minutes pass my appointment time till a service advisor finally shows up so now I been waiting 15 minutes and he goes ahead and takes a customer who came in after me, even by the way our cars were parked you can tell I arrived first when my car is parked in front of the other. Moving forward its my turn to check in I'm explaining to the service advisor Jose I have the complimentary package and he just ignores me, my boyfriend had to speak up and say it again for the guy to look up from the computer and say "oh okay". I had asked him maybe if they had time to look at my AC as it has been acting weird his response was "Oh we don't have time you need a separate appointment" My boyfriend than responds how do we go about that can we schedule with you and continues to ignore us. At this point I'm like lets stop asking questions from someone who does not want to talk to us. Were about 40 minutes in to my appointment waiting on the car to be done and I notice another client coming in telling Jose "my appointment isn't for another 3 hours do guys have time to squeeze me in" and he says yes, now I'm baffled since they supposedly didn't have time to check my AC real quick. Its been basically an hour I'm getting annoyed never has an oil changed taken this long at other places, my boyfriend than noticed all the other cars coming back wet and noticed there all getting washed after service ( even the guy who cut me off earlier) so I was reassured maybe its taking long since its getting a wash since its badly dirty. Finally after an hour and 35 minutes (yes I had a timer on my phone the whole time) here comes a guy bringing my car back which its clearly not washed but also just left the keys insides and not one word said to us. Me and my boyfriend than go inside to ask if is ready and there is Jose grabbing his tablet to go assist another client that was still getting out their car and he started taking pictures of their vehicle completely ignoring us who walked in and had our car ready before these other people who just barley parked. I'm over it at this point and go wait in the car while my boyfriend waited about more than 10 minutes and still nobody helped us therefore we ended up leaving without speaking to any employees or given any paperwork on my car (they did not even notice my car was missing I was receiving voicemails from Jose saying my car is ready, like sir we left over an hour ago). Like I said my first time here for service had no clue how my package worked or it even included anything like a wash (just assumed as all cars we saw came back wet) was hoping to get all the info during check in but like I said we were not getting any responses. As much as I enjoy the idea of complimentary oil change I rather go pay for one elsewhere if I know I would be out within under an hour and not getting ignored. Love my car love the sales assistant who sold it to me but hate the service side and will be getting my car serviced elsewhere even if it means paying out of pocket elsewhere. More
First time purchasing from Dixie. I have lived now in Estero full time for 12 years. I did not even know the Dealership was here. I never felt any pressure from the time I drove on the property. I hope when I have to deal with the service dept the experience is the same! More
