While driving My 2024 GMC Canyon the engine slowed down and warning came on the dash that the truck needed to be taken to the Dealer. I drove it straight to Dixie Buick / GMC and met with Advisor GREG HA and warning came on the dash that the truck needed to be taken to the Dealer. I drove it straight to Dixie Buick / GMC and met with Advisor GREG HALL. Mr. Hall said that he would get my truck in for diagnostics as soon as possible but it might be a few days. He set me up with a New Dixie Buick Courtesy vehicle to drive. I drove away thinking I would not get my truck back for a few days. Much to my surprise GREG HALL called me the next afternoon and informed me that my truck was done It's rare that I have to take my vehicle to the dealer but when I do I have always been treated well- plus they have good coffee and cookies Thanks again Greg Hall - please pass along a thanks to the mechanic that diagnosed and repaired my truck More
