The waiting time to get services can vary from 1 hour waiting time to almost 3 hours, Its a waste of time to make an appointment because you have to wait for 2-3 hours. No loaner service. Visited today for the first time after receiving an Onstar notice of a battery issue. I've been shopping for a new truck for about 6 months now. Wanted more safety features, truck bed step, etc. Watched many U-tube videos and I think I was prepared for the purchase. Dixie gave me a better price on my trade in, a better purchase price without all of the NONSENSE from the other dealers with all of the year end promotions that were supposed to save me MONEY. Lonny Benn at Dixie Buick-GM C was able to give me a better price. The dealership was totally low key, low pressure and I've already been using them for service for the past 2 years. I felt valued, didn't have a bunch of "Expensive ADD-ON'S" and enjoyed the experience. Big Mike (Sales Manager) hooked me up with Lonny and I would recommend using Lonny for purchases in the future. He listens, helped program the truck's features once we picked it up and was "100% NO PRESSURE". I can rate Dixie Buick-GM C five stars! More
