Experienced another bait and switch with Dixie Buick/GMC. Scheduled an oil change online that should have been $104. Upon completion of service, was told that due to previous recall by GM/GMC, my oil chang Scheduled an oil change online that should have been $104. I had an 8:15am appointment. I got there about 10 minutes early. I checked in with Greg. In less than a 1/2 hour I was on my way home. Greg explained what was wrong with my vehicle and had arranged for a loaner vehicle for me because they had to keep my vehicle overnight. The next afternoon Greg called and said my vehicle was ready for pickup, he explained everything that was repaired and it was all covered under warranty. More
