He went over all the details of our financing and made sure that we understood what products and services were included in our deal. Cindie Merritt in the parts department walked us through the store and gave a very informative explanation of the parts that are available in the store. She made sure that we got the right add on equipment for our camper and provided personal experiences of the equipment that she had used. Pete gave us a great introduction to the camper. He took the time to walk us around the outside and the inside stopping to explain the features of the camper ensuring that was understood what the feature did and that we understood how to use it. Overall we are very pleased with the service that we received at Dodd RV and we will recommend them to all our friends who are looking to purchase an RV. More

My Roadtrek R V had a host of problems as a result of my carelessness in running over obstructions which also caused a leak in one of the holding tanks which gave me more stress than i needed in my senior years. The meticulous manner in which they continued to work on my R V until they solved all of the problems and at a reasonable cost was commendable. The friendly and professional manner of all of their staff that I came in contact with was beyond my expectations. A far away purchase I purchased a Thor Chateau 26A from Dodd. The unique situation was the fact that I live 600 miles away. I found the the unit online and was able to make an offer and negotiate the purchase right over the phone. Greg Guin was very cordial and accommodating during this process. Even all of the challenges of coordinating the paperwork and pick up were handled seamlessly by the Dodd RV staff. Arnold Smith facilitated the purchasing paperwork with ease. My travel to Dodd was made easier by Linda Testa who picked me up at the train station and had warm cookies ready when we arrived at Dodd RV. While there I was welcomed by several of the staff and the walk through was handled professionally by Peter. Peter had the unit all warmed up with the lights on and took the time to show me all the details. Peter even closed everything up and drove the unit up to the front so all I had to do was get in and drive home. More

I won't buy an RV anywhere else... And next time we promise to be ON TIME!!! We live an hour away from Dodds and had a few things slow us down on the morning we were scheduled to pick up our camper. We were quite late! They still went out of their way to give us the best experience possible. Thank you guys for your kindness. I would highly recommend Dodds!!! If you go there just tell them 'the people that were an hour and a half late picking up their RV sent you!'.... More

Repair work and general maintanance I have never dealt with anyone as pleasant as the staff at Dodd. From the Head service coordinator right down to the mechanics, they are all very plea I have never dealt with anyone as pleasant as the staff at Dodd.
