From the time we walked down their sales isle at Virginia Beach Convention Center RV show, they have been nothing short of exceptional. We felt like we were talking to a long lost friend. Mike McNeil took the time to go over all the administrative details, never rushing us but rather giving us his undivided attention to be sure all our questions were answered. Jamie Dodd reviewed all the financing detail with us. He showed us every option available for purchase and gave us a wealth of knowledge about products and services that could both enhance our camping experience and protect our investment. The family name Dodd carries with it a great reputation in our community, and Jamie continues to be a credit to that name. Dennis Levick demonstrated the operation of our new RV top to bottom to be sure we understood the operational and safety process for all the major systems in the RV. We did run in to an operator error issue and had to call the service department for HELP!. Joey Lawrence came to the rescue on the phone and latter in the service department. He showed a level of professionalism rarely seen in business today. We were in a panic but he remained calm and talked us through the problem, brining it to a happy resolution. When we did make a service appointment for the operator error, Pete Foertsch was waiting for our arrival and went straight to work to iron out our problem. He evaluated every aspect of the problem and was not only able to correct the issue but his attention to detail improved the overall towing performance of the trailer. From the receptionist Debra who shared her homemade brownies to Mary the parts department guru, everyone made us feel welcomed and valued. We recognize and trust the brands they sell, but more importantly we embrace the way they do business, treating each customer as a part of the Dodd family. I attended the dealer workshop on winterization of a RV on November 16th. Dennis Lavick gave the workshop. We originally purchased our 2000 Itasca Sundancer from Virginia RV Sales, which is now Dodd RV. We were visiting the Williamsburg area to visit friends (we moved back to New York State in 2004) and decid Virginia RV Sales, which is now Dodd RV. Joey Lawrence was very kind in listening to us asking about our side wall delamination and moisture problem. He graciously spent an hour with us talking and showing us what to do to help resolve our problem. He did an outstanding job explaining and demonstrating what to do on a motorhome on the lot. Tina Dew was the firest person I met entering the lot and she impressed me because she wanted to know what I needed. Once I explained what I was searching for, she took me through a number of toy haulers and was very patient with me on my search. What impressed me was her desire. For me to get what I wanted, not try to sell me something I didn't want. Everyone I dealt with was helpful whether it was sales, finance, set-up or parts! What a great experience. More

We have been looking at travel trailers for over a year, and frequented several dealer in the State of Virginia. We found Dodd RV and met Greg, a courteous, low pressure, customer focused salesman. Greg asked us what we were looking for and a price point. After some discussion, he took us around the lot and showed us only what we were interested in. There was no,"I know this is what you said, but you need to see this" type of sales push. We were encouraged to look at each of them closely and more than once to be sure that construction, features and style were what we wanted. After we found the Travel Trailer that we determined met our style and needs, Greg took us to see Mike, and told him exactly what we had talked about. Mike sat down with us and went over price and financing options. We sealed the deal and are now the pound owners of a new A Prime Time Avenger 32fRES TT. A week later on a rainy Saturday, we arrived at the dealership to pick up the unit; Jamie had all the paper work ready to sign and made the process efficient and painless. Amanda gave us a great tour of the parts dept explaining what we would need and how Dodd RV wiould help us. After that we were brought out to the service area for our orientation. They moved our TT inside due to the weather. Ricky was ready for us and took us us through the trailer from hitch to bumper. He explained everything in great detail and answered all of our questions; my wife and I are very detail oriented were very surprised at the thoroughness of the orientation and level of service that Dodd and their stellar staff gave us from front to back. It was extremely pleasurable to deal with such a low pressure, family oriented group of professionals. More
