Scott was a great sales person. He let us take our time to look at the motor home that we were interested in and did not push us towards a sale. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and helpful. When our sons were small, we camped with a used a pop-up camper. After the sons were grown, we stopped camping & sold the pop-up. Four years ago, we were thinking about retirement & decided we wanted to start camping again. We went to several dealerships, but were more impressed with Dodd than any of the others. We purchased a Wolf Pup from them & thoroughly enjoyed it. During the past year, we have discussed upgrading our camper with a larger one that has a slide & would give us more space. We went back to Dodd & talked to Scott. He told us what they could give us for a trade-in; had the patience to show us several RV's on the site, etc. Scott proved to be an excellent saleman. He didn't push us to buy- just gave some advice; then waited for us to call to tell him which RV we wanted. He called us once just to "check-in" to see if we had made a decision. As of this week, we now have an Imagine by Grand Design. We have & will continue to praise Dodd to all our family & friends for their salemanship, service, & friendliness. We are VERY EXCITED to start our camping adventure for 2022 with our new RV! More

BUY LOCAL!! After visiting nearly every dealer within an 80 mile radius (including some National Big Box Dealers), we went with Dodd RV for the purchase of our first 5th Wheel after years of taggin'. Start to finish by far the ABSOLUTE BEST experience we have ever had with a major purchase. The entire building was super friendly and welcoming, all seemed genuinely excited for our purchase. Scott was absolutely awesome in finding us the right units to meet our checklists, budget and within the safe weight range for our tow rig. We have visited other dealers that were willing to sell us units that exceeded the safe weight for our truck. He allowed us ample time to checkout the units by ourselves without hovering but was readily available if we had questions. He was very PATIENT as we visited several times. Also very knowledgeable with the product lines. Once we made our decision the sales process from trade allowance, pricing, etc. was outstanding keeping us well UNDER our budget. The transaction portion with Mr. Smith was very thorough and he spent a lot of time explaining the process and all the documents. No hard sell with aftermarket treatments, warranties etc., but provided options letting us decide. Our walkthrough with Pete was great. He was very thorough and patient answering our plethora of questions. If in the rare instance he wasn't sure about a feature (this is a relatively new line) he said he didn't know but got the answers for us. We were then shown the parts/accessory department in which we were guided and offered suggestions for needed accessories. All of the ladies in the parts area were knowledgeable and very helpful although we did not need much, we did pick up a few things. We will continue to give Dodd our business as our RV Journey through life progresses. We are truly thankful to everyone at the Dodd Family! More

When it was time to move on from our latest trailer (a fifth wheel), we decided to look at what Dodd in Yorktown had to offer in Class A motorhomes. Not knowing anything about Class A's, Shane Slavnik was very patient as he showed us examples of both diesel pushers and gas, discussed the differences, and kept in touch as we thought about a very large purchase decision. The 2018 Holiday Rambler Navigator XE 36U had low miles, was fairly priced, and the purchase experience was great. We're happy to be back with the Dodd family! More
