Ricky who did all the working on replacing my air conditioner was also very friendly and explained the new thermostates very well. He was very educated on all the work he had to do, even the awing. Having been a full timerfor two years it was very nice to spend most of the day with them. They just babied my two dogs and they say thank you also. By far easiest out of the 5 campers bought so far in terms of feeling at home and a valued customer. Shane, our salesman, kept us up to date during the building process of the unit and delivery to the dealership. Finance was easy as well. It did take an hour to sign paperwork which still amazes me just how long it takes to do the paperwork. The walk thru with the technician was valuable as we are new to the complexity of this 5th wheel. THe service department did a great job of swapping out the TV arm and putting a new one in. Nothing but can do attitudes with all the employees we met. More
