Great Service We brought our RV in for service and everyone at Dodd RV went out of their way to take care of us. I know it may not sound like much but the service was completed in a timely manner, it was done correctly and the RV was just as clean as it was when we dropped it off. I have had some not so good experiences at other dealers. So Kudo's to Dodd. More

Great Customer Experience We purchased our first Travel Trailer from Dodd RV and the experience was very positive. The sales team was not aggressive and very knowledgeable on their products and helped determined the right camper for our needs. The sale process was quick and painless. The walkthrough process was very thorough but wish we would have taken more time to do things ourselves when we were shown. One major complaint is we were not able to check the cable TV capability. The TV was working with the TV antenna but not the cable. We did not discover this until our first camping trip. Luckily the campground staff helped troubleshoot the problem to tell up the cable connection was not working inside the camper. We also found another issue with the side skirt where the strap to connect to the camper side was never connected. More

Mike the general manager checked on us often to make sure everything was going smoothly. Richard took all the time we needed to make sure we knew all the ends and outs on how to operate everything to get started on our adventure. They even called to make sure we made it home safely. We would recommend you make this your first stop when you plan to buy a RV. More

Now 18 years later we are buying our 2nd trailer a 2010 Keystone Cougar 320srx 5th wheel. We love dealing with Dodd there sales and service team are great to deal with. They make you feel right at home with no pressure! Just a great family oriented atmosphere. All of the people we dealt with throughout the assessment of our damaged camper and the selection/purchase of the new camper(second in less than 24 months) were the ultimate professionals.
