Dodd RV of the Peninsula

Our adventure started by determining the "Coach" we liked and whom was an authorized rep. We purchased our previous RV from General RV and wasn't pleased with their the Customer relationships. Dodd RV assigned Nicholas Rhew and Timothy Zachary as our Product Specialist. Nicholas was our primary Specialist. I had Nicholas on "Speed Dial" there wasn't a question he couldn't answer in all in a timely manner. The Walkthrough of the Coach and the Hiching/Un Hitching process was extremely impressive. The Parts Department Specialist are knowledgeable of the items carried. My final comments are for the Entire family atmosphere at Dodd RV. Dodd RV is more then a Dealer they are Company that cares about the Customer. Thanks "The Casler's" More

When we started this quest for an RV, my wife and I had no idea what we were doing or what we were looking for. We had previously rented one for a weekend trip and due to lack of knowledge and evidently be no idea what we were doing or what we were looking for. We visited Dodd and were lucky enough to be greeted by Scott Hudgins. Coincidentally we had spoken with him before at one of the RV shows at the Hampton Pavilion so we were already comfortable talking with him. We shared our lack of knowledge and rookie mistakes with him and he shared a few laughs with us. He was very knowledgeable and patient with our many questions and by the end of our visit and with all of his advice, we felt like we were ready for a cross country trip.
