We never felt like he were trying to "sell us", but rather help us find the right fit for us. Much appreciated! During the walk through Jim was awesome! He gave us a run down of where everything was, how it worked, a maintenance schedule, etc. Great info and very helpful! Arnold made signing the paperwork fun while thoroughly explaining what we were signing. At the end he asked what he could do to make the experience better. Nothing Arnold, you are amazing! Crystal was great walking us through the necessary parts offering advice of what others found to be helpful. Very transparent and again not a pushy sales process. Thanks Crystal! Mike was around on most of our visits. He's a very personable guy and pretty funny too! Thanks Mike! Mary was also so helpful in getting me in touch with the appropriate person every time I called. Needed hub caps, got them ordered, picked up, fit great. Crystal was excellent to deal with when I ordered my hub caps. She kept me up to speed on when they were ordered, and emailed me when each part came i Crystal was excellent to deal with when I ordered my hub caps. Parts Department In early November 2017, a storm blew through the Cumberland Va area and knocked out one of our travel trailer windows. I contacted Dodd RV in Yorktown In early November 2017, a storm blew through the Cumberland Va area and knocked out one of our travel trailer windows. I contacted Dodd RV in Yorktown where I purchased the camper and spoke with a young lady named Crystal Wigginton. Crystal asked me to send her all the dimensions and pictures of the camper and window via email and she would locate the part number, availability and price. By the next afternoon Crystal replied with all the info and options. Upon placing my order for the new window, Crystal provided me an update every couple of days until the window arrived. Can’t ask or expect anything more than how Dodd RV treats its customers. Excellent customer service, great attitude from all of the employees we’ve dealt with from the time we made our original purchase. We recommend Dodd RV to all our family, friends and anyone reading these reviews. More
