Scott was always attentive and did not mind showing us campers for the last year or so. He kept us informed of coming changes and explored the availability of our preferences with multiple manufactures to insure we purchased the best camper to fit our needs. Arnold was very personable, he let the wife sign all the papers first! He explained the paper work very efficiently without pressure to buy options. He easily answered all of our questions. Pete was very kind and provided a comprehensive walk through of our new camper and answered all of our questions. More

It was a wonderful experience We live in Kansas but travel to Virginia about 3 or 4 times a year. Everybody there were so nice and took time to answer all his questions since we are first time buyers. Shane, our salesmen, was very knowledgeable and patient with us about all the trailers he showed us. He never rushed us or put pressure on us to buy, he took his time and answered all our questions about each trailer he showed us. It was a pleasure to work with Shane Shavnik, Arnold Smith and everybody at Dodd. Jamie Todd even came out and talked to us and took time out of his day to make us feel special and asked us about living in Kansas and how we got to Dodd RV. More

Giddy-up-and-go We live in NC and had been researching and looking from SC to Virginia for THE RV we wanted. We began dream/looking in August 2017, but, did not begin actual serious looking until October when we sold our second home located on the Bay River. Once our home sold, we knew we were ready. We had seen the RV we purchased on Dodd’s (Yorktown) web site back in November and had called to inquire about it. Tina was the sales rep we spoke with and she was the sales rep we ended up making the deal with when we went in December to test drive. I will tell you, we probably looked in/at 100+ Motor homes, but, the one we purchased is the only one we test drove. We had a budget and we knew what we wanted in an RV and the 2017 Thor Hurricane (35M) fulfilled our wants/needs. Now, it’s time for us to giddy-up-and-go on our first RV adventure. More

The best RV dealer in Virginia!!!! This is the second rv we have bought from Dodd rv and the first experience was so great when it came time for a larger rv we knew we who to go to. We never felt like he were trying to "sell us", but rather help us find the right fit for us. Much appreciated! During the walk through Jim was awesome! He gave us a run down of where everything was, how it worked, a maintenance schedule, etc. Great info and very helpful! Arnold made signing the paperwork fun while thoroughly explaining what we were signing. At the end he asked what he could do to make the experience better. Nothing Arnold, you are amazing! Crystal was great walking us through the necessary parts offering advice of what others found to be helpful. Very transparent and again not a pushy sales process. Thanks Crystal! Mike was around on most of our visits. He's a very personable guy and pretty funny too! Thanks Mike! Mary was also so helpful in getting me in touch with the appropriate person every time I called.
