Pleasant and Easy Experience As newbies to the RV world we had a lot of concerns especially since we decided to purchase used. We looked for over a year and found Dodd and a unit we liked on their lot. Scott Hudgins was the salesperson. Scott is very knowledgeable, professional, and showed the units while letting us decide. He is the type I like dealing with. Next up was Arnold Smith with the financial side of things. Arnold just made this so easy and painless, talking to us as if we were old friends. We then were turned over to Pete Foertsch for RV Training 101. Pete was great at explaining every detail on how to operate the RV. Pete having been a chief in the USN knows how to deliver the information and sneak a joke in to keep your attention. Rob Eller in parts was also great with helping us find some get started items and following up on special requests. Can't leave out the great receptionist Mary who always seems to have cookies, water, and great driving directions available. My impression is that Dodd RV is first class in every way.
