We drove for over 3 hours to buy our new RV from Dodd RV. (We came from Southern Maryland.) Our Salesman, Shane Slavnik, was excellent. Luis, Pete, and Jason in Service were a delight to work with. Suzanne (We came from Southern Maryland.) Our Salesman, Shane Slavnik, was excellent. Luis, Pete, and Jason in Service were a delight to work with. Suzanne, the Service Manager. gave us a great deal on a new hitch, as our old one would not work with our new Camper. Upon entering the main building, we were met by Linda, the receptionist. Linda was very personable and so nice to talk to. When it came time for Finance, we worked with Arnold, who actually saved us money on the deal. Fantastic!!!! Since we had a while to wait for our camper to be checked out and made ready, we were directed to a delightful local business to get something to eat. Throughout the process, Jamie Dodd, the owner was very attentive. Mr. Dodd and the entire staff made us feel as if we were out visiting with friends. As my wife and I drove back home with our new camper, we reflected on the right decision, to buy from Dodd RV. There is a lot more I could write. All good.
