Service went out of their way to install MAXAIR vent covers before we left so I wouldn't have to make the 50 mile one way trip back later to get them installed. He regularly kept in touch with us and made us feel comfortable with our purchase. Mike McNeil truly is a wonderful manager who supports his team and his customers. He answered all of our questions ( and there were a lot) with patience and grace. Finally, we had the pleasure of working with Arnold Smith. He truly took the time with us on our day of closing and answered all financial questions we had. All we heard from Arnold was, "I am in no hurry. My time is your time". Camping and RVing is about family and time together. Dodd RV truly made us feel like family and we are forever grateful to their professionalism, kindness and respectfulness.
