He regularly kept in touch with us and made us feel comfortable with our purchase. Mike McNeil truly is a wonderful manager who supports his team and his customers. He answered all of our questions ( and there were a lot) with patience and grace. Finally, we had the pleasure of working with Arnold Smith. He truly took the time with us on our day of closing and answered all financial questions we had. All we heard from Arnold was, "I am in no hurry. My time is your time". Camping and RVing is about family and time together. Dodd RV truly made us feel like family and we are forever grateful to their professionalism, kindness and respectfulness. Dodd of Yorktown treats you like your part of the family. We wanted to write a review on Dodd one more time to let people know that if you ever want to buy a RV that this is definitely the place to come. Both times we have bought from Scott Hudgins and both time he has treated us like we were family. Here it is 2 years later and if I have a question about ANYTHING I just send him a text and he is always there to help us and he don't know the answer he will sure do everything he can to find out. Scott is really a great guy. Arnold did our financing for the camper and I will tell you he is one of the most down to earth, funniest and kind hearted person you will ever meet. BTW if you meet Arnold ask him to do his fast talking...(He'll know what that means ;) ) Last but not least I want to give a big shout out for our boy Joey Lawrence. This man here is in the service department and I am here to let you know you WILL NOT find a better person then this to look out for you and help you with any problems with your camper. Always keeps us informed about what is going on with the camper and ALWAYS has such a good attitude. You can go anywhere to buy a camper but not many places will treat you like you are part of the family like these people at DODD do. I have recommended several people to Dodd of Yorktown and they have been very happy also. ALSO, I want to recognize Jennifer that works for DURATAIN...We had our camper sprayed with this when we first got the camper and I am so glad that we did. Never have to wash or wax the camper because that keeps its beautiful and protects it from the sun. Jennifer came to my house and sprayed it the first time and she was absolutely amazing....was a hard worker and had a beautiful personality. More
