From the moment we walked in we were made to feel at home. We were apprehensive and nervous about the purchase as this would be our first travel trailer, but the staff made us comfortable and explained all of our questions in detail. The selection of travel trailers at the Yorktown location was great, but it did make it difficult to choose the perfect one (which is not a bad thing). Thank you to Tina, our sales woman who stayed late and worked hard just for us, as well as a thank you to Jamie, Arnold, and Pete who made the experience well worth while. We've been camping once since the purchase and our family loved it and look forward to many more trips together. Thanks Dodd RV! More

Outstanding Purchase Experience We've owned several RVs over the last 20 years and our recent new Travel Trailer purchase with Dodd RV was the most outstanding purchase experience we We've owned several RVs over the last 20 years and our recent new Travel Trailer purchase with Dodd RV was the most outstanding purchase experience we've ever had. I researched all the RV dealers in my area and due to Dodd RVs excellent reputation, decided I would purchase from them or not purchase at all. Dodd RV exceeded every expectation. Scott Hudgins was extremely patient, answering all our questions with in-depth knowledge. We greatly appreciated Scott's no-pressure and very comfortable style that gave us the space and time to make the decision that best met our needs. Arnold Smith completed the paperwork process very quickly and provided us with additional warranty/optional information to consider. Cyndie gave us a tour of the parts department, pointing out important parts and accessories we had not thought about before. Pete Foertsch conducted our delivery walk-through at our pace, covering everything with patience, and even asked if we wanted to review anything a second time. This Place Rocks! A wonderful RV buying experience We started looking at RVs 2 years ago & liked Dodd then, but time was not right. We came back this May and everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable We started looking at RVs 2 years ago & liked Dodd then, but time was not right. We came back this May and everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable - listened to our needs and answered our many, many questions! (We are first time buyers). There was no pressure to buy and Scott was so great in guiding us through the various options. What a fabulous experience We were shopping around for a RV for sometime and went to other dealers. The moment we walked in the door, I realized something was different. The Dod We were shopping around for a RV for sometime and went to other dealers. The moment we walked in the door, I realized something was different. The Dodd RV staff is second to none. There was no pressure or false hype, our salesmen Scott is a true professional as well as the rest of the staff. Jamie Dodd explained every thoroughly, and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase. From the girl in parts dept, walking us through that dept, to Pete completely making sure we understood everything about our travel trailer. Dodd RV made us their priority and made us feel like family. When we upgrade to another RV, their is only one place the McGee family will go, Dodd RV! More
