To tell the story of your Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram dealership properly, we must take a journey back to 1966 in Michigan. Here, our family-owned business was first founded by Ralph Mahalak Sr. and known to locals as Monroe Dodge.
Over the last 50 years, our customer-focused dealership has gradually expanded to as far as Winter Haven, FL, which is where the story of Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM of Winter Haven began in 1991.
Thanks to our team’s dedication to local residents, our focus on putting customer service first, and our desire to treat each of our buyers like family, we’ve established a dealership that’s an integral part of the Winter Haven, Bartow, Lakeland, Haines City, and Cypress Gardens communities.

As proof of our close ties to local residents, our dealership’s locations have previously partnered with 97 Country WPCV and St. Jude’s Hospital to help fight childhood cancer.
To contribute to the 97 Country St. Jude Radiothon, our dealership donated the funds collected from test drives and oil changes and put them toward St. Jude’s efforts to find a pediatric cancer cure.
As a result of our team’s goal to serve the community, we were able to provide this renowned hospital with thousands of dollars in donations. We consider this achievement as a testament to the many ways in which we put our community first.

Great Dealership and Personnel I'm on my 3rd Challenger with sales associate Matt Reider. I told Matt the color and what I wanted in the car and Matt located the car a few hundred I'm on my 3rd Challenger with sales associate Matt Reider. I told Matt the color and what I wanted in the car and Matt located the car a few hundred miles away in another dealership and had it there in a few days. Matt made sure everything was the way I wanted it and even helped with the prep of the car so I could drive it out that day. Super service from Matt. Their Service Dept is top notch too. I could go to a closer dealer but I prefer dealing with Winter Haven Dodge and would highly recommend them. More

Service and Sales WH Dodge has been my go to dealership since 2011. I have bought 5 vehicles 4 new 1 one used. Steve Knope has been my salesman and has gone above what WH Dodge has been my go to dealership since 2011. I have bought 5 vehicles 4 new 1 one used. Steve Knope has been my salesman and has gone above what you normally would get from an auto salesperson. Everybody at the dealership have been great about helping me with financing my cars. Service Department has been excellent. Richard was the man when I needed service and Luigi is the only mechanic I will used to service my vehicles. Since Richard left due to health reasons Stephanie Rutledge has been been my Service Adviser. I can't say enough about her. She has been fantastic and I didn't think I could find someone that was close to matching Richard. She has been there every time whenever I need service and the same about Luigi. WH Dodge is very fortunate to have these two people in the Service Department. I recommend WH Dodge to everyone who asks me where to buy a car. Keep up the great job. Bill Enns More

Problem with the van sliding door lock. The 2016 Dodge Caravan was bought in Canada and was under guarantee. David Ruiz was my salesman and was very professional and friendly. Phil Morton the sales manager was outstanding and is a very fair and reasonable businessman. Rod the finance person was outstanding as well, no hard selling of expensive add-ons. I loved his hunting photos on his desk as well. Everyone at this dealership was fantastic and this is the best car buying experience I've had in my 30+ years of car buying. I drove 2 hours to get there and it was worth the drive. If I'm in the market for another vehicle I will certainly return to this dealership. Feel free to shop around and do your homework like I did then go to this dealership. You will not be disappointed.
