There was an issue with the blue tooth, rattling noise from the rear view mirror, the black button on passenger side wasn't working.and needed the day light bulb that needed to be changed. I didn't get it back u til April 10th. Guess what I called them back on the 11th because my passenger window was not rolling back up and it was whistling. I was told the warranty didn't cover the windows. I was a mean and I'll admit that. However I already paid a car payment and basically have to get my window fix out of my pocket? More

Lifetime warranty....someone submitted the paperwork incorrectly. Service managers, both old and new, of zero help. Informed the new one I would be in to pick a loaner (that I am entitled to) within the hour. One of the salesman walked.us to his office area and let him know we were there. 15 MINUTES LATER he decides to come out of the office. No apology, no explanation, no further information. That was on Feb 26th. Contacted the dealer principal. Said he would get more info and call me back. Guess what?? NO RESPONSE. On March 6th, I am finally told it was resubmitted correctly, but now they want records.from previous dealer service. They have a VIN number and all systems that can see work. But no, I have to now contact the previous dealers from my previous state and get more paperwork....sure, let me do your job for you. Sent paperwork electronically on Mar 7th....STILL NOTHING. I have no words. I'm now contacting Jeep directly. NEVER AGAIN. More

Clean functional and respectful of my time. A full service dealership may cost more but can precisely fix and maintain your RAM truck. A full service dealership may cost more but can precisely fix and maintain your RAM truck. More
My wife went here to replace a one year old battery that had a 36 month replacement period. Because Mopar only makes bad batteries, it was our third in five years. But the warranty period starts with the original purchase, not the ones that replaced it- so we were out of luck. We were quoted $722 for our main and auxiliary batteries AND $250 for labor to replace the two batteries. We also needed wipers for $126, a $224 brake fluid flush, and an $80 fuel induction cleaning. Batteries Plus quoted $333 for both batteries with taxes and installation included. When we declined the nearly $1,000 battery service we were told that we were on the hook for a $200 diagnostic fee if we didn’t have any service performed. We then opted for the $80 fuel cleaning. Surprise- that price didn’t include labor, which would be another $50. The brake flush and wiper replacement were also quoted minus labor. We thought we’d pay the $130 total for the fuel service and be on our way, never to return, but they called back to say that they couldn’t perform the service because they couldn’t start the car. I offered to bring the batteries from Batteries Plus, and the service advisor told me that I’d have to pay for an hour and a half of labor for them to install batteries purchased elsewhere. When I objected, she told me I could put them in myself because it was very easy… She didn’t seem to realize the irony, and I was at work in Tampa. I asked to be transferred to a manager and spoke with Chris. He immediately offered to waive the diagnostic fee. When he checked into my quote he said that it had accidentally been worked up in their diesel service system- which was why everything was so expensive. The two batteries would “only” be $474, but of course that didn’t include $107 in labor (down from the “diesel system” $250). He ultimately agreed to release the car at no charge so our roadside assistance could tow it to Batteries Plus. Then the tow truck driver called and explained that he couldn’t tow the car because someone at the dealership engaged the (electronic) parking brake, and it would not release. My wife had a friend take her to Batteries Plus and got the batteries. Despite the fact that the car couldn’t be towed because the dealership engaged the parking brake, they still made her pay to install the batteries. I wonder how many elderly people are eating cat food for months after getting scammed out of hundreds or thousands of dollars here. More
