Made an appointment online to buy a Ram 1500. First person I met said they would find the person, just left me and never came back. Finally someone approached me but was working with another customer person I met said they would find the person, just left me and never came back. Told them I wanted to buy the truck on the showroom floor, said they wouldn't take it off the floor but I could drive one similar. Which I did. More waiting. Finally looked at my trade and tried to low ball me on it. Got twice the amount for the trade on identical truck at another dealer the next day. Which I purchased. Looked at 8 dealerships in person or online this was the only one to charge for locking lug nuts because they are evidently in a bad neighborhood and must have had problems with people stealing tires from their lot. Not sure why customer has to pay for their anti-theft lost control. More

After 23 years and and 7 purchases I ask for Steve because he is a listener and quickly keeps me feeling safe and what I must do to stay feeling this way in my upper 80s.
