I purchased a three year old certified Big Horn from DoB along with a Ram Max Care extended warranty. The sales person was helpful and non-aggressive and the process of getting everything signed and on my along with a Ram Max Care extended warranty. The sales person was helpful and non-aggressive and the process of getting everything signed and on my way was painless. I had one non-critical issue with the vehicle which was not covered by the warranty and the service department took care of it the next day. My experience with DoB has been terrific. More
