Without an appointment, I stopped in to have a warning light checked. Nick assisted me, diagnosed the problem to be that the battery for the auto start\stop needed replacement. I was greeted pleasantly in the service center on the day of my appointment. I explained why I was there, including having them address a recall notice I received on my RAM truck. I was offered a shuttle rid of my appointment. I explained why I was there, including having them address a recall notice I received on my RAM truck. I was offered a shuttle ride, but did not need one that day. I received a call when my truck step and splash guards were installed and Jerry explained that there was no recall on my particular truck so I was good to go! My truck looks good! More
