Drone Remote App Install and troubleshotting A+ team. I originally had this after market part installed in my Ram Promaster City. I can operate features on my car with my cell phone. I was having A+ team. I originally had this after market part installed in my Ram Promaster City. I can operate features on my car with my cell phone. I was having problems with it. Every time I start my car with my phone and the doors are locked the alarm goes off. The guys worked long on this with me trying to get it to work. We did come up with a workaround and I have to use my app to lock my car if i want to be able to start it later with out it alarming. Or carry around an extra key fob with me to use. They did leave it as an open story in case the manufacture comes up with a fix for this problem. Unfortunately the product only gets 3 stars for me, but the team gets 5! More

Window fail multiple times on 2017 Ram 2500 - Bought new I bought a new 2017 Ram 2500 from Dodge of Burnsville in the winter of 2017. I have had the driver's window fall off the track multiple times and in s I bought a new 2017 Ram 2500 from Dodge of Burnsville in the winter of 2017. I have had the driver's window fall off the track multiple times and in some instances it has fallen into the door. One time it happened when I was on a trip to the Boundary Waters. Dodge of Burnsville service has repaired it multiple times, but now it is happening for the 4th or 5th time. One time when they repaired it, they said new improved clips were utilized but it happened again anyways. I don't understand why it cannot be effectively repaired by their service department. The truck is only 2+ years old and has only 60,000 on it. When I complained, their only response was that "stuff happens". They said that I should consider a new Ram since they are much improved ! That probably won't happen. More

I bought the truck and have had it serviced at Burnsville Dodge and I don't know if it is a design issue or the quality of the service, and I really don't care. I have had (11) trucks and have never had this happen to one of them. When I complained, they said "buy a 2019, they are much improved !" Then I spoke to a guy at the gas station with a 2019 Ram, and it had happened to him too ! Fool me once....... More

Very satisfied with Jerry's handling of our service problem. I had a service problem that required the vehicle to be there for 5 days while a part was being sent from Detroit. Instead of leaving me without tran I had a service problem that required the vehicle to be there for 5 days while a part was being sent from Detroit. Instead of leaving me without transportation he arranged for a loaner without charge. At all times he was politely and patiently willing to explain what was wrong , what needed to be done, and what cost and time could be expected. He kept me and my son updated on the progress.
