First Class Service! I walked into Dodge of Burnsville after work one day looking for a new work truck, the place was pretty busy. Malcolm asked if I needed help with anything, And I told him what I was looking for and he took me around and showed me a few trucks that they had available. Shortly after that I had a family issue come up and had to put on hold my purchase of a new truck. Malcolm kept in contact while I was I was taking care of my family, and during that time, the exact truck I wanted showed up a the the lot and Malcolm reached out to me and we struck a deal on a 2018 3500 that i wanted. He listened to what I would use the truck for, how long I was going to have the truck, and what I was looking for as far as bells and whistles so to speak. He ended up putting me in the truck I have always dreamed of owning at the price I came in wanting to spend. Common Issue - Uncommon Help I have a Ram 3500 Dually with the Cummins. Common issue with these is the Y pipe cracking/splitting in the cooling system. Noticed it Friday @ 10AM I have a Ram 3500 Dually with the Cummins. Common issue with these is the Y pipe cracking/splitting in the cooling system. Noticed it Friday @ 10AM while packing for an out of town soccer trip. Called Dealer, drove over and they had me home by 11:30 so i could leave by noon. They had the part in stock, pulled a car off a rack (sorry to that person) and had me back on the road within the hour. I was able to pick up the other girls on time and drive to IL with a herd of 13 year old girls.. Thanks D. of Burnsville, I think!! More

In 2015 I Had A Horrible Experience with Tom I had a horrible experience with Tom in 2015, the kind that you would imagine when you hear the phrase "used-car" salesman. I haven't dealt with him since, but all I can say is that you should double check everything and don't ever do anything under "pressure". I will say that Mark Saba fixed everything and that the dealership as a whole was great. I hope that Tom has learned in the past 4 years and become the salesman that people deserve. More
