Honestly as I walked into the service department I almost turned around and left. If it wasn't for this Young lady Terrinica,if I'm spelling it correct. I brought my Jeep to the dealership for an oil leak repair, but despite the service, the issue persisted upon return. Went in for wiper blade change and cabin filter replacement at 7am and it took 2 hours for work, unacceptable. Should notify customer if there is a delay so we don’t have to wonder what’s taking s replacement at 7am and it took 2 hours for work, unacceptable.
