Doherty cares! I've been dealing with Doherty Ford since 1979. They have never failed to provide my family and I with anything less then 5 star sales and service. Very Poor Service on Brake Replacement Doherty Ford replaced the brakes on my 2016 F150 in late March 2019. They were soft and noisy from the moment I picked the vehicle up. I advised Doh Doherty Ford replaced the brakes on my 2016 F150 in late March 2019. They were soft and noisy from the moment I picked the vehicle up. I advised Doherty that I wasn't happy with the condition of the brakes. I returned the truck in April and they resurfaced the rotors because they were "uneven". This did not resolve the issue with noise and the brakes were not as good as before the brake repair. I took the vehicle back a third time in August 2019, after repeatedly complaining about the brakes. At that point they charged me another $268 because it now needed the rotors replaced. After all of this, the brakes are still noisy. More
