Best buying experience we've ever had! Reno Dodge had the truck we'd been dreaming of. We weren't even really looking to buy that day. We were just out shopping and they happened to have their trucks at the shopping center so we took a gander. Their salesman weren't pushy, but instead were very helpful to us in making the decision to buy. They listened to what we said and showed us everything they had available. They were patient with us as we hemmed and hawed over whether or not we really wanted to take on the responsibility of another payment. They answered all of our questions without skipping a beat and if they didn't know, they found out fairly quickly. We didn't have to haggle over the price and they worked diligently to get us the best interest rate with no money down. They had us financed and set up before we ever left the lot so there was no question about who we were making payments to or how much. They even put in gap coverage! No one does that anymore! We were definitely grateful for that! The whole team was delightful to work with, including the finance manager, who didn't smile much but was a very good sport about letting me try to dunk him in their water tank, which was great fun! We felt like part of the Dodge family that day, not a piece of meat out to be picked off by vultures. We can't thank them enough for helping us. We absolutely love our new truck and would definitely refer them to others for that same experience. More

Terrible deal I bought a Ram 1500 ecodiesel, after one month it broke, it sat in the repair shop for three weeks and they told me they could not fix it. So i traded I bought a Ram 1500 ecodiesel, after one month it broke, it sat in the repair shop for three weeks and they told me they could not fix it. So i traded it in for a ram 2500 and took a $25k bath. Ended up paying 90k for a 60k truck. I did not know about the lemon law at the time. Talked with the GM, and tried to talk with Dodge but nobody cares. I thought if you bought a new vehicle they would stand behind it, I was wrong More
