I had talked to the internet sale manager Mark Murphy on the phone and was very pleased with his relaxed manor and friendly approach. Not at all what I was expecting, top marks for that. The next morning I arrived at the sales lot just before they opened because I needed to look around before a sales rep got involved. I was pleasantly greeted by a sale agent by the name of PJ Pourjami. I told him that I was looking for a Ram truck. We talked a little so he could get a good idea as to what I was looking for in a truck. We than went to the truck lot and he showed me the exact truck I was looking for, top marks for that. He went to get the keys and I stayed to continued to look at all the trucks on the lot. When he returned we looked the truck over and went for a test dive. To this point there was zero sales pressure and all he wanted to know, was I liking this truck. I said lets go toss some numbers around. PJ made the entire buying experience truly enjoyable and fun, as it should be, top marks for that. Every department I came into contact with was friendly, up beat and honest, top marks for that. Even employees who had nothing to do with sale were friendly and up beat, top marks for that. There has been multiple follow up calls and e-mails to thank me for my business and was there anything they could help me with, top marks for that. I a nut shell, Reno Dodge is in a class unto themselves and they are the bar other dealerships must reach for if they want to survive. The other dealerships in this town range form bad to worse. All the bad reviews about this dealership are true and Mario even has numerous complaints and is still working there. That should be a sign to avoid this dealership. If someone can get away with working there after treating customers the way he does, then that is to show the level of no respect this dealership has for it's customers. Thanks to him, this will be the last Dodge we ever own. This was our 3rd Dodge too. Never have I been disrespected so much before. He lied after we filed a complaint against him, to protect his own xxx. You are just money to this dealership, other than the dollar signs, they don't give a xxxx about you. They will screw you every way possible. I will never recommend this dealership. Even others are surprised at the bad experience. After buying the truck, a lot of people that have bought from them before were telling us they have been screwed countless times by this dealership also.
