I rented one about a month ago and was impressed with the features, but not to happy about the ride quality. I was in the market for a chevy camarno, and only stopped by to test out a Challenger. The style of the charger in the lot made me want to test it. For me I believe if you are a car salesmen then you should know some things about all the car and options on the cars. I have bought many car at many dealerships. I was not pleasured or hounded to buy on the spot. I stopped by went home to do my research and then came back. Those guys know what they are talking about. I was able to get tons of information them. One of the most important thing is even after a couple of days I DO NOT feel that I got ripped off. I've had that feeling before, but not this time. I must say that I am happy that I stopped at reno dodge. More

First we thought he was not really interested in selling, but I guess it is his style of what you call no hassle, no pressure type of sale. Then as we came along, he led us to the pre-owned truck. Since he has another person I guess he is dealing with, he referred us to Alex Medina. Alex was very polite and informative. Again, no pressure talk. We bought the truck we wanted because we liked it. It was a pleasant visit and business. Same with Willie the Finance Officer. I can't remember the name of the guy who also talked to us explaining the sale. Bought a Ram 1500 Laramie 2013 truck. More
