Always a pleasant experience! Kurt is always very helpful when I bring my Lexus in. He always gives me a loaner car which is such a nice added feature that Lexus does. And my grandson loves going and playing upstairs in the kids room even if it’s just for a drop off. And I was in there at 5 o’clock the other night and the barista girl asked me if I wanted something even though it was closed. Which I thought was very nice also. He and Dolan have never steered me wrong. I had a beautiful loaner while they restored my car to safe conditions. The car runs like it brand new, once again.
