Everyone was friendly and the service was explained in great detail. BTW, I am amazed that my Lexus only needs minor service every 5k miles-oil changes every 10k! They provided a complimentary loaner that was waiting for me when I arrived-it was the exact model of my own-I forgot it wasn’t my car while driving it for the day. They also have a coffee bar with a full time barista - I have gone in a few times for a complimentary carwash and caught up on some work in their peaceful, sunlit coffee bar where they have a full time barista and handcrafted espresso drinks. Also complimentary, of course. Not only do I love my luxury car, I love the luxury service that comes with it. Dolan Lexus is the best. More
