I was especially impressed with the sales associate that assisted me with my most recent purchase in Reno, Kim-Anne Linthicum. She was professional, knowledgabe and her friendly demeanor made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Not only was she a great salesperson but she did an excellent job on following up with some aftermarket additions I made to my vehicle. When I inquired about a 2009 Subaru Forester that I saw on the inventory of the Lexus dealer, I received a prompt reply from Bryan Walker. He set up an appointment for me to come in to test drive it. Bryan went out of his way to find all the service reports on the Forester. He also made sure that the recalls were taken care of before I took possession of the car. My daughter lives in California and had been in contact with Bruno Azevedo and Bryan Walker with the price negotiations since she had control of the money. Bryan drove out to my house on the morning of the sale and brought me back to the dealership. My daughter was able to deposit her check into the dealership account through the same bank. I was able to take possession of the car and drive home before a big snowstorm came into our area. I am very happy with the personal service I received and would definitely recommend this dealership.
