Brian Ralston hands down was the Most Helpful, friendly and Genuine Person I've ever encountered. Not for one second was he a "Salesman", but just a down to earth pleasure to be around. Not only did he pick me up from the airport, but it was his day off when doing so. It wasn't just the car that made my day, but the people of Lexus of Reno (Brian and others :) made it a day I will never forget for the rest of my Life! I bought my RX 330 only six months ago in December. Shortly after purchasing my vehicle from Lexus of Reno, I began having serious issues with my air suspension. The ride was nearly unbearable. I could best describe it as saying it felt like I was riding a mechanical bull. I took it to service in January. I was told at that point that this was just the air suspension and there was nothing they could do. I accepted this and left thinking I just made a really bad decision. I finally couldn't deal with it anymore since it began to get worse. When I took it back I met with the sales manager Jesse Huggins. I explained my issues (after having an emotional breakdown). He said he would see if there was anything they could do to solve the issue and if not look into putting me into something else. After realizing there was nothing to be done to fix my car they put me with a rather new salesman to Lexus, Brian Ralston. Poor Brian is all I can say. He had nothing to do with the original sale and was now responsible for somehow making me happy. No matter what car we looked at he new just about everything there was to know. If he didn't know the answer to a question I had, he told me he didn't know but would find out. To me this shows a great deal of character in a person. He had no desire to lie to me about anything. We finally found a nearly perfect Gs 300. This car was clearly an upgrade from my RX but to make me happy they did everything they could to make this a close to even trade. I told them from the beginning that I put $3,500.00 down on my RX and couldn't possibly do it again. Not only did I not have to put anything down but my payments stayed almost the same. I honestly can't thank Brian and Jesse enough (and everyone at Lexus of Reno.). More
I was debating about buying a new Lexus RX 350 and went throught the Costco program. John emailed me and called me regarding the type of accessories I wanted and was willing to work with my schedule. Kymberly coordinated the surprise and had the new car on the showroom floor with a big bow on it and a sold sign with my wife's name on it. My wife and I were looking at various cars on the showroom floor and she saw this car and admired how she loved the interior and exterior colors. She sat in the car still not knowing it was for her and she said how much she loved it. I removed the sold sign from the dash and showed it to her saying that it was already sold. She sighed until she saw her name on the sign. The tears flowed and it just made her day. My sincere thanks goes out to Kymberly for pulling this all together. More
