So I call Dolan Toyota about two vehicles they had on the internet. The lady I talked to whose name was Ari said they had both of them. I made an appointment to test drive one then drove an hour and twen the internet. The lady I talked to whose name was Ari said they had both of them. I made an appointment to test drive one then drove an hour and twenty minutes to Reno and when I arrived I talked to a sales person and she said she would check us in. After a couple minutes she said they just sold the one I was supposed to drive just sold twenty minutes ago I asked about the other one she said it was sold also. Ari who I talked on the phone never came out and talked to me, I don’t believe they sold both vehicles in a couple hours and I do believe she didn’t even look to see if the vehicles were there in the first place. I don’t plan to ever go back. More

Greatest Sales and Finance Customer Service Ever! 3 years ago I went to Dolan Toyota to test drive Tacomas. I was working closely with James Souza and he gave me his full attention and listened to ev 3 years ago I went to Dolan Toyota to test drive Tacomas. I was working closely with James Souza and he gave me his full attention and listened to everything i was interested in. When it came time to finalize the purchase there was a delay do to there only being one finance guy there that night and the couple he had with him wanted to go over every line. Zac was very patient with them though it kept me waiting for several hours and I was hungry and tired and had come by after work so i hasn't been home in 16+ hours. James went above and beyond to make me comfortable through the wait which was really no fault of any of theirs. It just was what it was. James went out and brought me back some dinner to eat, gave me the remote control to the tv and also sat with me to keep me company as much as he could. When I finally did get in to see Zac, he and his manager were very apologetic to me, again even though it wasn't even their fault, and offered me the greatest customer service and care. Zac had me through the paperwork and out of there quickly and seamlessly. By the time I left there was feeling great and excited about my new truck and not bothered by the wait at all anymore. Fast forward three years later. My lease is now up on my truck and I needed to finance it to keep it. I am still absolutely in love with my Tacoma and wanted to buy out the lease. This came at the time that the COVID Quarantine first began and I knew I needed to get an extension on the lease and a buy out letter for my bank to be able to secure financing while not leaving my house. I struggled to get a hold of someone on the phone with Toyota Financing and Zac was kind enough to sit on the phone for 2 hours FOR me to get a hold of someone while I continued to get my work done. Way above and beyond and showed me why I will ONLY deal with Dolan Toyota for any and all future auto purchases. Zac was very succesful in getting what I needed while also offering to help me with my financing needs as well. After everything he did for me I was MORE than happy to make sure he got my future business as well so we made arrangements to touch base again once he was back at work and i was ready. He put his magic to work and got me a great deal for my new loan. I only had to go in for a few minutes to sign the documents he had ready for me so I wouldn't not have to wait or he held up my any delays while I was there. Zac and James have kept in contact with me since my first day there for any maintenance schedule needs or upgrade needs or any questions I might have at all. Because of them I LOVE Dolan Toyota and plan to purchase all of my vehicles there in the future. I have also been sharing my experience with everyone I know. Friends, family an co-workers an have suggested them to go to Dolan and work with James and Zac. More
