Nate Pecson was our sales representative and an absolute joy to work with. We were looking for a Tacoma and didn't know the difference between the SR and SR5 models. Nate spent a good amount of time going through the safety features and technology. He was clear and concise and answered all our questions. He was super knowledgeable and courteous the entire time. We made our choice the write up went smoothly. Once the deal was agreed to we were off to see our long time friend Zac in finance. He was his usual friendly and competent self. It had been over a year since our FJ was serviced. It is a 2010 with 58000 miles so we do not drive it a lot. Before scheduling checked out the FJ forum to get an idea of what FJ owners were doing at 60000 miles. Dolan service dept follows what Toyota recommends. Unlike the other Toyota dealership that last serviced our FJ. They recommended new spark plugs but the factory and the FJ forum state at 120000 miles to replace spark plugs on 2010 and later FJ’s. Also, the forum described what is meant by changing the auto transmission fluid. Suffice to say Dolan did it the right way. More
