Regular Maintenance It truly does feel like "home", from the friendly employees to the comfortable waiting area. I brought my 2016 RAV4 in for regular maintenance on March 11th. It was serviced and washed within 2 hours. Andrew Lopez was my service rep and he was professional and efficient. I trust Toyota to do just what needs to be done. I bought my first RAV4 in 2002 at Reno Toyota, both new. My Grandson is driving the 2002 now and it still looks new. I love my Toyotas!!! I had an appointment for the 10,000 mile service. I I had an appointment for the 10,000 mile service. I also needed to replace the weather strip for the back hatch and called the week before and was t I had an appointment for the 10,000 mile service. When Ii got there nobody knew about it so I have to make another 180+mile trip to get it done. I paid for the part and was told it would be in the following day. Haven't heard anything yet. Not happy. More

From Central California to Reno for our Toyotas We travel a few extra miles from California to buy our cars from Dolan. May seem extreme to some, but so Well Worth It! The inventory is much larger than the Toyota dealerships locally. And if they don't have what we're looking for they are willing to do the extra work to get it. This was our second new Toyota purchase from Dolan. Both times our salesman was Steve Nadeau, and our Delivery Specialist was Alexia Guzman. Both extremely knowledgeable and great to deal with. Our finance person Craig Burkham also excellent to deal with. All of the employees we met at Dolan were courteous and helpful. They all truly make buying a new car as enjoyable and as painless as possible. I will continue to recommend them to everyone. More
