I was happy with my lease vehicle and wanted to purchase it. It took me 3 hours for them to do the paperwork. After several requests to speed up the process all they could do is to ask if I needed a bottl it. It took me 3 hours for them to do the paperwork. After several requests to speed up the process all they could do is to ask if I needed a bottle of water. Finance pushed their extended warranty which can be Beneficial but they only gave me a price for the longest term and most expensive contract, they would not give me a price on any of the shorter term agreements which I had asked for, I was told that they know what works best for my needs and anything less than that would not work for me.Unfortunately they don’t listen to the customer needs but are driven by they “extras” where their money is made. Toyota has wonderful vehicles unfortunately there are no other players in town. I suggest not to be taken in by the false Dolan line to be part of their family. Once to experience working with them you will understand how they got to have such a beautiful expensive building. Sorry Dolan family you lost my business because of your greed. More

Beth Pollard is an absolute dream maker! I was leasing a car I wasn’t really loving.
