I have an A type personality so am prone to ask a lot of questions and expect answers. I was frustrated because some of my questions received less then adequate answers, but overall I was satisfied because Nikolai stayed with me and did his best to answer questions. I did buy the car. Zac Barret was excellent. I would visit the dealership again just to see him multi task. We talked about everything from buying a car and extended warranties to Bonners Ferry, ID and huckleberries and Zac never lost track of what he was doing. I would buy another car just to see if I could trip him up! Excellent experience. More

Staff was friendly and professional. But I scheduled and appointment for an oil change, showed up early was given a promised back time for an hour and 15 minute wait. Took an hour 45 for a scheduled oil cha appointment for an oil change, showed up early was given a promised back time for an hour and 15 minute wait. Took an hour 45 for a scheduled oil change and cost 120 dollars. No updates or explanations. Disappointed that a scheduled service took so long especially for the price. No issues with the team just never got updated, had to ask for update after promised time passed. More
