Great experience buying used 2019 Highlander We drove 2+ hrs from CA to Dolan to buy this low mileage 2019 Highlander. Contacted the dealer the day before to ensure it would be held for us. Dani We drove 2+ hrs from CA to Dolan to buy this low mileage 2019 Highlander. Contacted the dealer the day before to ensure it would be held for us. Dani stayed in contact with us both days, got information from me to hold the vehicle, and start paperwork to minimize our time at the dealer; like credit, insurance, final cost for my county, methods of payment, trade in offer, etc ... good plan Dani. She met us upon arrival, had our Highlander inside, nicely detailed. She test drove with me and answered all my questions. Handed us off to Michael (finance) who took us thru the paperwork quickly and painlessly (I’ve bought many vehicles over 50 years and this was one of the easiest). Michael gave us very detailed instructions about what to do back in CA with DMV, Smog, inspection, etc.... He turned us over to Alexia to tell us absolutely everything about our Highlander. She was extremely knowledgeable, and very patient with us. There is so much technical information with new vehicles now, and by the time we had finished, we were comfortable with operating our Highlander. Dani has contacted us since that day to ensure that we are still satisfied with our purchase. I told her that we were very happy with it, and have been showing it off to our friends and family.
