I have scheduled an appointment with Dolan Toyota( Reno, NV) on 7/28/19 at 12 PM to che This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dealer. I have scheduled an appointment with Dolan Toyota( Reno, NV) on 7/28/19 at 12 PM to check out Toyota Camry 2019 (LE,SE) models.I met with "Wyatt Price" initially to discuss the lease options for the Camry LE model.He said he can do a $249/Month with $2399 Down Payment. I rejected it and said that my friend took the same Camry 2019 LE for $205/Month with $2000 down.He said bring that information to us and we will match the offer for you. So after an hour I got all the information he requested for and he looked in that and said they can do for $205 with $2000 down payment for LE model (I asked him specifically again and he said yes).Then later we went over to look the cars where I also liked the Camry SE model.So we were back discussing the Camry SE model lease with Thomas Armas (I believe he is the supervisor) and he said that he will try his best to get a $220 monthly with $2000 down payment for SE model.He ran my credit and came back to me and said that you have pay $270/month which is may higher than what he promised.Then later he said he will try to get a initial LE model for less than $205/month.Again he came back to me and said that they can't go less than $230/month for LE model which initially he promised to get that for $205.(This is after 5 hours of initial conversation).They have not fulfilled any of the promises they made. This is really frustrating and I don't feel like buying Camry anymore and doesn't recommend it.The staff doesn't have any clear idea of pricing and do fake promises again and again.If they could have given me a clear idea initially I could not have wasted my 5 hours believing in their fake promises. More

Great experiences time after time. I recently had my first bad experience at Dolan Toyota as a result of a miscommunication and poor timing. However, upon communicating my experience, they remedied the situation beyond what I thought would be possible from such a large and high volume business. In my opinion, it's not about being perfect all the time, but realizing and fixing the situation when inevitable mistakes happen. I recommend Dolan Toyota and their service department to any Toyota owners. I expect that the rest of the Dolan dealerships follow the same customer service centered ethos as well. Go give Dolan a try! More
