We found the car I wanted, with the interior color I wanted, with all of the additions I was hoping for! Ricky worked hard to get me the payments I was happy with, and the price I was looking for on my trade-in. All in all, an EASY process! I arranged to collect the car a couple of days later so there was time to get the windows tinted and the car prepped for collection. I traded in my old car and the changeover was SEAMLESS! I highly recommend using Dolan for any car purchase, lease, trade-in or service. Everyone there was excited as I purchased the first Prius AWD they had seen, and it had only just come off of the delivery truck. 2019 RAV4 Hybrid XSE Loaded Steve Nadeau did an outstanding job on comparing models and comparing my 2016 RAV4 Hybrid Limited. The differences on the 2019 is phenomenal!!! The acceleration and power with the weather package— heated steering wheel, windshield wiper de-icer, and more elbow room with comfortable seating sold me!!! The ride is smooth and not a hard hit or bounce on pot holes, rough terrain!!! Toyota stepped it up a lot!!! The safety features go above and beyond ))) Such a quiet ride with a great JBL sound system ))) I like the remote start from my iPhone, Steve did a very good job on the the available accessories and their descriptions. Thanks Steve for all your help a making this happen, a smooth transition! I would highly recommend the 2019 RAV4 Hybrid XSE and ask for Steve!!! More
