They cover oil changes, topping off fluids, check tire pressure, and rotate your tires. They have a very nice lobby equipped with snacks to buy and complimentary coffee, making it easy to enjoy yourself while you wait for your car. They have been much faster than anticipated every time I’ve been in, and on average have only had to wait an hour! And my personal favorite part - the complimentary car wash! My car comes out looking brand new every time. Would highly recommend. More

I have bought two cars there and have had them nicely serviced over the years... until LAST WEEK. First of all, I'm a senior having very recently had surgery. I made an APPOINTMENT for last week.....for a "SERVICE". like I always have. After waiting for 3 hours, and the "service" was incomplete.... (listed so I'd go back...ie changing bulb, air filter, cleaning battery cable etc.. they asked if I wanted a free car wash, I said yes....and guess what, after three hours out came my dirty Highlander.....Now that my local Truckee car service carries synthetic car oil....bye bye. More
