Not thinking of buying, previous Bruce Lee" who sold my husband his vehicle in 2015 came to show me around and talk old times. No Stress applied just took time to show me different cars and let husband and I drive around lot. Kris Surabotsopon "Bruce Lee" the best. He worked hard to get the best vehicle to fit what I wanted and made sure husband (6'7") fit in and drove car. Offered coffee and water and table to sit and went over all details. Best if all he paid attention to both of us not just one person. Long story short, Now I have a great Highlander and a plus , working with Kris "Bruce Lee". He pays attention to both partners not just one, which is usually the man. Tried on a short survey to rate salesperson a 10 and there was no pace to do that so here is my review. Darlene Reed More

Gaylen sent us with an e-mail that contained vehicles meeting our requirements several hours prior to our arrival to Dolan Toyota, so we were able to review possibilities . Daniel reviewed vechiels that we were interested in, and it helped to narrow the selection further, once we saw/drove our top choice, decision was made to purchase it. All the rest went smoothly as well. Very appreciative for the outstanding service. More
Dolan Toyota Customer Service Disappoints. I have taken my car (Toyota Sienna) in to Dolan a few times in the past for routine maintenance. However, I will no longer be taking my car there, no I have taken my car (Toyota Sienna) in to Dolan a few times in the past for routine maintenance. However, I will no longer be taking my car there, nor would I advise any of my family nor friends (nor you, random Google user) to take your car there. In brief, my parents are here from out-of-state for New Year's and to spend time with my daughter. However, Dolan Toyota just ruined our family vacation. Thanks Dolan Toyota! Longer version: ------ Strike 1: Dolan Toyota WILL be a stickler on mileage. I scheduled a 7:30am 25k maintenance (my car's odometer reads ~26,700miles) and to have the brakes checked. The service advisor (Mr. White) stated that Dolan *could not* use the 25k mile maintenance service. Instead, we have to use the 30k mile maintenance that we paid for when we purchased the car. Strike 2: Dolan Toyota may not have your parts, even if you schedule ahead. Mr. White calls me back regarding the brakes. Rather than be a $34.95 charge (which I was fine with), they'll now cover it because there is a "Technical Advisory" on my car's brakes. Wonderful, right? Nope. They don't have the parts. ..even though there's a Technical Advisory on the brakes. ...even though we made this appointment a few days ago, and they had time to anticipate what they may need. ...even though I had a 7:30am appointment. ...which leads to: Strike 3: Dolan Toyota will not make customer accommodations. Mr. White states that I have to bring in my car a separate day to have the brakes serviced because they don't have the parts. Furthermore, Dolan Toyota *cannot* give me a loaner car. Thus, I have to pay for a loaner car out of my own pocket. I mention our family vacation (parents out of state, wife and I took vacation time off work, all of us planned on going to Tahoe tomorrow), then politely mention/ask if they could please accommodate us (whether to rush the parts up, today, or to give us a loaner car for free--but keep in mind, I'd still have to bring in the car tomorrow morning, cut short our Tahoe time tomorrow). Mr. White states that he supposedly already asked and Dolan Toyota said no, we have to pay for the car rental ourselves. His only other solution? Keep asking what other day I want to take the car in. I have plans the next few weeks on my day off, and I'm sorry, but I routinely have family plans *every weekend.* I explain that basically my Tahoe family trip is ruined, and he *barely gives a crap,* plus will not even talk to his bosses one. more. time. Strike 4: Dolan Toyota Customer Service Representative doesn't give a crap. I call Dolan Toyota, to try to sort this out civilly, but they apparently don't have a customer service option on their automated call-routing service. Therefore, I go to their website to try to chat with a customer service rep. She (based on the picture, a blond lady; but this could be a stock photo) reads my concerns, gives me the phone number for the Service department, then immediately ends the chat. ...there is no "I understand your frustration, let me talk to my manager," etc. ...so there you have it. Is this a rant? You bet your xxx it is. ...but how would you feel if your parents came from out of state, and part of the vacation was ruined by poor planning on a company's part *AND* poor customer service??? More

There was an error on my paper work from finance and they kept transferring me to the person who wrote my paperwork but he never answered or called me back to correct the error. I had to have a tire replaced and waited several days for the tire to come and was promised that they would call when it arrived and no one did. Every time I called they never had an answer or called me back when they were supposed to. They told me the price out the door was less than it actually was. They will make everything look good at first and then they don’t follow through. The only person that I think knows how to have customer service is Toro (i think that’s how it’s spelled), who apologized for everything else and followed up with me. I won’t be buying from Toyota next time for sure. More

My salesman Danny Lewis answered all my questions in a professional and non pressured environment that made it easy to feel as if I was making the right choice for me and my budget. His attention to detail and consistent communication made it easy for me to decide to purchase with Dolan. Thank you to the entire staff but a huge shout out to Danny for making it a very Merry Christmas! More

I also asked how many owners had the car they said only 1 I found out I'm the 4th owner and a lot more ! I am extremely very unhappy and suggest not buying a car here if you don't want to be lied to and played ! I could say so much more but the company is not worth my or others people's time go to Jones west ford at least they know how to treat you or even a nother company And will take this to a higher power More

Uriel took his time with us and helped us find exactly what we were wanting and looking for. Aaron thoroughly explained all our options and worked with us to find the right price.
