The only thing that I would say was a bit of hassle was when it came to the down payment they wouldn’t take a ATM card it had to be a check, who uses checks anymore all we had were the temporary ones you get when you open an account but nope that wouldn’t work. They did give us 12 days to get some but now I’m gonna have checks that I’ll never use. But over all a great experience. More

The team at Dolan makes car buying a pleasant experience. I was involved in a serious accident on 12/07/2017 in which I was hit in my '16 Tacoma (also bought at Dolan) by another driver causing me to roll fiv I was involved in a serious accident on 12/07/2017 in which I was hit in my '16 Tacoma (also bought at Dolan) by another driver causing me to roll five times. That truck was totaled but I came out of it with "just" a concussion and slightly messed up neck. Considering how well the truck did in protecting me, I had no doubt another Tacoma would be what I would replace the totaled one with. Knowing this I asked for a recommendation from a salesman who previously worked at Dolan and I trusted. He recommended Michael Parker. His recommendation was a great one. Michael was helpful in every way he could, specifically making the process as easy as possible as I am still struggling with some headaches from the crash. There was no pressure from him to buy right then and there, even though that did happen as I found a truck I liked and decided to go for it. He also kept the mood light with fun banter and jokes. Zac was also a great guy to work with during the final paperwork. He explained everything very well and had a fun and positive attitude. More

In turn he made me feel relaxed and it was like hanging out with a friend. Juan passed me off to Nigel because he was new at selling cars and needed help. Juan worked hard to help me find what I was looking for. He was himself also. He sat with me while the paperwork was being processed and kept me company. Someone was always there instead of leaving me sit there. I appreciated Juan keeping me company. That was different. But it also made the buying experience better. It didn't feel like one they reeled you in they were done with you. Also I didn't feel like I was xxxxx on the price. I feel like I got a good car at a fair dealer price. Honest. These guys treated me right. Everyone I dealt with there left me with a good feeling. I've bought a lot of cars from dealers. And every time I felt like the mark. You know. The guy that is being targeted in some kind of money scam. More
