No Customer Service I went to pick up my car from the service department and it took me 45 minutes for someone to asked me if I needed someone to help me. Then I needed to talk to a financial management representative, and I waited another 45 minutes. While I was waiting around to get help, I noticed the majority of the employees just hanging out and not doing anything. None came to asked if I needed any help. This is the worst customer service experience!!! More

I special ordered a difficult to get vehicle that goes for at or above sticker price, if the dealer can even get it. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Steve Harris at Dolan and from the get go it was a phenomenal experience. Not only did Steve get me the truck, but he did so way faster than expected and smoked every other price I'd seen. He also went above and beyond with accessories and dealer add-ons that sweetened the deal. I cannot stress enough how easy, friendly and professional he was to work with. Constant communication regarding updates, great memory and attention to detail for all of the specific requests I had, likable personality and genuinely vested in my satisfaction with the experience. Full Service Dealership Very large facility but the way it was set up made us feel like we were in a casual environment. Aaron commented that it was OK to call him anytime because he almost lived at the dealership. So we did at 7:30AM in the morning. He told us it was fine we called this early because he was getting ready for work. We later found his shift didn't start till 10:30 AM. Anyway he went right to work at 7:30 AM putting our deal together. We had already promised to buy another Jeep at Lithia Jeep of Reno. A few more miles but cheaper also. We elected to buy from Dolan mainly because we "LIKED" Aaron. This is our second purchase from Reno Toyota. More

Dolan Customer for Life This was our first experience with Dolan Toyota Scion. It started with an email exchange between Connor O'Day. We threw all kinds of demands at them because we didn't want another pressure filled experience. We figured if Dolan came back with good possibilities, we would go into the dealership. Connor was excellent and understood our financial situation, offered suggestions and we eventually set up an appointment for the next day. We went into the dealership and met with Ronnie Ragusa. Because we were upside down on a 7 month old loan through another dealership who was less than upfront and had several mechanical issues with that vehicle--we had no expectations. We were interested in the Highlander and the RAV4, but after looking at both, discussing our actual needs, the value for us, we decided to test drive in a new 2015 RAV4. He explained all the bells and whistles, the difference between this vehicle and comparison to the Highlander. This is the first time that we felt heard by a car sales rep. He asked questions along the way about our likes and dislikes....none with the RAV4. We got back to the dealership to start paperwork. Because we unfortunately, have a poor credit rating, but Ronnie did everything he could to make a deal with us for a new 2015 RAV4 explaining everything a long the way. We never felt any pressure or hurried along during this process. Ronnie really tried, but bad enough our credit issues, but to have a vehicle that was upside down and a young loan, it just wouldn't work for us payment wise. Not that they wouldn't provide us with a loan. We left knowing what we need to do to get a car this time next year. We never felt embarrassed through the entire process when discussing our financials. The next day we received a very nice follow-up letter from Ronnie and then from our initial contact, Connor. Our experience with Dolan Toyota Scion was nothing but EXCEPTIONAL even though we could not make a deal at this time. Both my husband and I have said we will be a lifetime customer with this dealership and look forward to dealing with Ronnie Ragusa when the timing is right. More

I don't even know where to start here......I did buy a used 2003 4runner from these guys and I have to say I have felt uneasy about it ever since. When I went in the sales guy was nice and gave me everything I wanted, I am a single mom and can't afford a new car so I was specific in the fact that I wanted a used something. He made it sound like I got a deal of a lifetime and I was happy with my choice, but then came the finance guy. Not exactly the warm and fuzzy type.....sign here initial here as fast as you can you are in my way I just want to go home is what I got from him. I asked about the timing belt, according to the owner's manual it should have been done at 90,000 miles (this car was at 97,000 miles when I bought it) oh that isn't something we do....after I have signed all the paperwork. He said that if I took it to the dealership they would work with me on the price. Well that is so not the case at all! This was my first car purchase and I have to say I now know what NOT to do. I never should have purchased the 4runner if the timing belt wasn't changed, that was my bad. I have a feeling that these guys knew that and took advantage of me in that way. I am know stuck with a huge bill after just buying my 4runner, thanks Dolan......the family owned dealership......don't make me laugh! So I have to add this.......an hour after I posted this there was the response from Dolan. I gave them my information and the called me soon after I emailed them back. I first spoke with Jeremy who simply wanted to know what had happened, after I explained what all went on he told me he was very sorry for any miscommunication and that he would be more than happy to see what he could to rectify the situation, I agreed and gave him my vehicle's info so he could look into it. I then received a call from Ken, he explained to me that they would not only change out my timing belt, but also do the water pump and inspect a few other little things that I had wanted looked at NO CHARGE to me!!! They also gave me a rental car, a 2015 Highlander! I couldn't be more pleased with the way they went above and beyond for me to fix this. I am more than happy to recommend them to friends and family now.....Thank you ken and Jeremy for all your time and effort and for going above and beyond to help me!! More

We knew the car we were interested in and used the Costco buying program. We have owned other Toyota products, had done our research & appreciated that the Dolan team respected our choices without using high pressure tactics to convince us to buy features or options we didn't want. Our sales associate, Zach Barrett, was instrumental in affecting our final decision to buy the RAV4 at Dolan Toyota. He was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. When we left the dealership after our initial visit to think things over and consider other options, Zach and the rest of the Dolan Toyota team were gracious and did not try to pressure us into making a decision on the spot. We had walked away from another dealership because they had used that approach with us. We would definitely recommend and would again, purchase a vehicle from Dolan Toyota. We are very happy with our new car--no "buyer's regret!" More

I usually dread it as I know they are going to try and pardon the expression screw me as much as they can. I now understand what the Dolan difference is all about. My salesman, Aaron Green was professional, friendly, and very helpful. He made the experience easy and I know I received a great deal. I love my new truck even though my husband wanted me to pick a black one. I got what I wanted! I will be going back when it's time to get another vehicle! More
