We have owned other Toyota products, had done our research & appreciated that the Dolan team respected our choices without using high pressure tactics to convince us to buy features or options we didn't want. Our sales associate, Zach Barrett, was instrumental in affecting our final decision to buy the RAV4 at Dolan Toyota. He was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. When we left the dealership after our initial visit to think things over and consider other options, Zach and the rest of the Dolan Toyota team were gracious and did not try to pressure us into making a decision on the spot. We had walked away from another dealership because they had used that approach with us. We would definitely recommend and would again, purchase a vehicle from Dolan Toyota. Aaron Greene was so good to us and showed us the vehicle that we found on their website. He helped us get all the information that we needed to decide which one to chose from.
