PJ, our salesman, was extremely knowledgeable on the RDX line my wife and I were interested in purchasing. He was patient and not in the least bit pushy. Well for starters PJ was polite and respectful. I didn’t feel pressured by him in anyway. All of our interactions were positive. Also, PJ had me setup for a touch up on the exterior. After the transaction of getting the financing in ordered I had a few hiccups with not knowing about a single card transaction limit but the financial guy Joe worked with my wife and I to make our down payment successful. Another thing PJ helped set up an appointment to have my windows tinted. Overall, pleasant experience all the way. More
