I usually dread car shopping, but had a very positive experience with Don Ayer’s Acura and PJ. I’m not local and PJ reached out promptly when I inquired about a car. Upon arrival he met me at the door with the car pulled up and warmed up for me. PJ wasn’t pushy and let me take my time inspecting and driving the car. I have purchased 5 Honda automobiles from Don Ayres Honda, but I wanted to treat myself to an Acura Integra A-spec model. I emailed PJ Dean at Don Ayres Acura for a couple of weeks in which he answere Honda, but I wanted to treat myself to an Acura Integra A-spec model. I emailed PJ Dean at Don Ayres Acura for a couple of weeks in which he answered a million of my questions. I finally decide to stop in not to take a test drive, but rather to get a trade in quote for my Honda Fit. They gave me a very reasonable offer on the trade in. Since all the "boxes" were checked I decided on a test drive. It is a great car. What is even better, however is the total commitment to customer service from Don Ayres Acura. This is not a surprise since it is owned by the same people that owns the Honda dealership. PJ Dean, I cannot thank you enough for the way you treated me (and my dog Bubbles!).
