I wasnt sure it would be easy to get the car I found because the dealership was over 300 miles from me. My email inquiry was answered very quickly by Sales Representative Darrin Bickel. He listened to all my concerns about the logistics and what I wanted pricewise. I got an "off the charts great price" on the 2011 Accord I bought. The only distress I had at this point was how I was going to get to the car. Low and behold he offered two different options about getting the car delivered to me. The car was BETTER than described! I have bought dozens of cars in my life but this is by far and away the best experience I have ever had. Darrin Bickel and Don Ayers Honda will always be my first choice from now on...even from 300 miles away!!! More

I am giving 5stars across the board because Darrin was very helpful very nice no pressure to buy. I drove an hour and a half away and would definitely do it again. The whole experience of going to don ayres Honda was worth the drive than going to a local Honda dealer that would have pressured us to buy and plus don ayres price was a little cheaper than other places. My husband and I went to Don Ayres to check out some used CR-V's on a Saturday afternoon. It was cold, snowy and the roads were icy but that did not hold us back from test driving a two year old model used CR-V's on a Saturday afternoon. We spent the rest of the weekend researching different vehicles, dealerships, and prices......then went back to Don Ayres first thing Monday morning just as Darrin was arriving to work. He greeted us by our first names with a smile on his face and said "Perfect Timing!" We test drove the 2012 CR-V once again and decided it was "the one". Darrin walked us through the purchasing process and an hour and half later we were driving home our new vehicle. I LOVE it!! Having spoken to him on the phone that morning, we were still surprised he had remembered our names, etc. It was also a pleasure to work with and Bill Hulwick, the Sales Manager, and others on the staff, many of whom know my son (also in the business) and some of whom, like Bill, had a personal relationship with our family some years ago. To the credit of the entire staff, Darrin initially expressed concern about our buying a car from Don Ayres rather than from my son - who had not been able to find us what we wanted. This is the first time I have owned a Honda Accord and I absolutely love it. The car has not yet needed service, but from close friends I understand that the service department is also top notch!
