Went in for scheduled oil change and more I went in for my scheduled oil change but the day before a light had appeared on my dash and the idle was very rough. When I arrived I explained all I went in for my scheduled oil change but the day before a light had appeared on my dash and the idle was very rough. When I arrived I explained all of this to Ben(who is always courteous). When Ben came to tell me things looked good on the van I asked about the light and the rough idle and was told "that was probably an oil change light and your service person didn't mention anything with the idle." When i paid and got in my van the light was still on so I went back in and asked about it and was told," well that must have been an engine light and that would be a $85 diagnostic fee plus whatever repair may be needed. You can schedule that through those doors or call in." Really? Why wasn't this addressed after I first mentioned it? I could have at least had the diagnostic done while I was there. I have had other service done and am usually quite satisfied but this was all frustrating to me. As soon as you pull in the bay the first thing they do is turn the ignition to write numbers down...the light was on and I mentioned it so a good service would be to mark it, note it and get back to me while I am waiting. More
