Normally I would not rate anyone perfect, a "5", but Yousef certainly deserves that rating. He is extremely patient (I've been searching for the right vehicle for 3 years), cooperative (he fulf "5", but Yousef certainly deserves that rating. He is definitely NOT the high pressure salesman most of us detest. Even as he sensed I was close to making a decision he didn't call me and sent only one or two emails in the last month - mostly to remind me that the 5 year warranty was going to revert to 4 years.
